Applicants must be graduating seniors from one of these 9 sponsored High Schools; Whittier HS, Montebello HS, California HS, Schurr HS,  La Serna HS, Pioneer HS, Applied Technology Center HS, El Rancho HS, or Vail HS.

 

The scholarships are for $1,000.00 and will be awarded on the basis of the information contained in this application and essay. The scholarship will apply to an accredited institution selected by the applicant to be used for tuition and associated expenses.  The scholarship award will be sent directly to the institution for the benefit of the student. A student must continue to make successful academic performance in order to receive assistance. An important note: this award must be utilized by the end of the calendar year.

 

Scholarship winners will receive their award on May 1, 2025, 6:30 PM at Three Great Lights Lodge No. 323; 7604 Greenleaf Ave. Whittier, CA 90602. This includes a dinner, limited to a total of three persons including the award recipient, at which each recipient may bring their parents. Reservations are required.
